Warranties
- All products and services supplied by Doorways are covered by our 12 month guarantee against poor workmanship and manufacturing faults. This guarantee is for the replacement, repair or refund of the defective component and does not cover any other costs incurred. Further details of this guarantee, and details of exclusions, are available on request. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- Please note individual supplier warranties can vary from 1 to 10 years. As we supply goods from many manufacturers the standard warranty offered may be extended. If you would like further information or a copy warranty for a specific product please contact us.
- No guarantee is given or implied as to the colour match of timber/veneer. Timber is a natural product and therefore subject to variations. Timber colour can vary after it has had the first or subsequent treatments applied.
- Goods must be treated as per the manufacturer's instructions. Failure to do so will invalidate your warranty.
