Returns/Refunds
- Goods must be inspected upon receipt and damage or shortages reported within 3 days. Subject to availability we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged/defective; or refund the amount paid.
- COOLING OFF PERIOD - Please advise us if you wish to use a 7 day cooling off period. We will then hold the order and not process until this period has lapsed. Please note that this will effect your delivery period.
- 14 days to return any item/s in their original packaging from date of purchase. Goods must be in the condition they arrived with you. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all goods that have been ordered in error or surplus to requirements. When satisfied with return, refunds will be credited within 30 days. You must return the goods to us at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty or not as ordered. Carriage charges are non-refundable.
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is required where goods are to be adjusted in any way or made to your specification. Non standard or made to measure items CANNOT BE RETURNED.
- CANCELLATION - you may cancel your order prior to delivery by giving us notice of cancellation within 30 days of the date of collection or delivery. Such notice may be given by mailing, faxing or emailing our sales department. This does not apply to non standard orders once production has started. Deposits in this case will be non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- Goods returned under complaint may have to be returned to the Manufacturer for inspection.
- Invoice or delivery note No. must be included on all correspondence regarding returns.
- Returns must be accompanied by an official returns note issued by Doorways. Doorways reserve the right to return unauthorised goods to the buyer.
- Doorways reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all goods returned for credit depending upon relative circumstances.
- SHORTAGES/DAMAGES - If you have notified us of a problem within 3 days of delivery we will, subject to availability either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged/defective; or refund the amount paid. We will not be liable for any other costs incurred.
