The Pre-Finished Albany Oak Internal Door is a 40mm thick interior door featuring a contemporary five panel horizontal linear design. The surface is made from an American white oak real wood veneer, detailed with solid oak rebated grooves that form a continuous shadow-gap effect. It is supplied factory finished with two coats of clear satin lacquer, requiring no additional surface treatment prior to installation.
Internally, the door is built with an engineered particleboard core, a construction method chosen to provide structural stability and minimise the risk of warping over time. To accommodate variations in door frame dimensions, the door is manufactured with 11mm solid oak lippings. This allows for a maximum trimming allowance of up to 10mm on both the overall width and height.
