The Colonist 6 panel internal door provides a traditional raised-panel design with a textured woodgrain finish. Built with a hollow core, it is supplied white primed and features a standard undercoat, requiring only a final topcoat paint to complete the surface.
Lipping is present on all four edges of the door, allowing for specific size alterations during fitting. A maximum trimming allowance of 6mm is permitted across the top, bottom, and both side edges. For standard operation, fitting requires three 3-inch butt hinges alongside a 65mm latch.
The hollow core configuration reduces the overall weight, facilitating easier handling on site. This internal white primed door features reversible handing, allowing it to open in either direction depending on the frame setup. Any edges trimmed during installation must be resealed to protect the door, which comes with a 10-year warranty.
