The door is supplied with a factory-applied black coating in RAL 9011 with 10 to 15% glossiness, meaning it is ready for immediate installation.
Built with a solid engineered core, the black door provides consistent weight distribution and structural stability. The 35mm thick profile, or 40mm for metric sizes, features 10mm lippings on the long edges, allowing for a maximum trimming allowance of 5mm on all sides to fit non-standard frame dimensions. It requires three 3-inch butt hinges for support. Due to the narrow stile design, this door must be fitted with specific narrow-profile hardware, such as a 50mm latch, to ensure functional operation and avoid damage to the door body.
